Recreation Opportunities

We offer numerous opportunities such as horseback riding, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, gardening, kayaking, boating, water skiing and wake boarding.

Equine Therapy

Equine Therapy provides adolescents the opportunity to care for and ride horses and develop bonds and attachments and give them a healthy perspective.

Music Enrichment

We provide music lessons, instruments and teach our clients to play music and work together in a band setting. Learning and playing music greatly contributes to neurological growth and development, and is a great way to work through difficult emotions and find a positive way of expression.


Reconnecting with our food source via gardening provides a context and sense of place and is grounding. We have a nice garden space and spending time in the garden gives a great appreciation of healthy food.


We implement service projects as a way to build character, gain perspective and a sense of gratitude. By working with and helping the community at large, our clients foster a deeper connection and integration with the community.

Youth Programs

We offer treatmet services to 13-17 year old youth with a focus on Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Meditation and Mindful Based practice and therapy, Equine Therapy, Behavior Modifying Therapy, Art and Music enrichment opportunities, Horticulture Therapy, Parent Training and a Holistic Approach.

Independent Living Skills.

We teach independent living skills so our clientele can integrate into and be productive members of society. We build character, self esteem, and teach living skills that will be valuable tools in their proverbial tool kit.


     There are a lot of issues youth of today face. Keystone Family Support Inc. works at the ground level, helping youth find positive ways to interact with our society while building confidence, independent living skills and self esteem. Our agency offers programs to support growing youth in a serene mountainside setting on a half acre.

     KFS treatment model is based on a specialized Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model which focuses on addressing all environmental systems that impact homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods and friends. MST recognizes that each system plays a critical role in a youth's world and each system requires attention when effective change is needed to improve the quality of life for youth and their families.

     Key components include: data driven solution focused/cognitive behavioral therapy, independent living skills, individual, group and family therapy, and parent training. We engage in community service support during and after treatment, wrap around in-home services with followup services for up to 6 months. Art and music enrichment, equine therapy has been found to help self-esteem and are implimented. Continuous learning and credit recovery through Davis School District. Educational liaison services for IEP/504. Diagnostic populations served; ADHD, MDD,Anxiety/Panic, Bipolar, ODD, HF-ASD, DMD, OCD, PTSD, IED.
